Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Winnow app. By downloading or using Winnow, you agree to them.
License
Winnow grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
Purchases
Winnow is free to download and use for cleaning recent media. Winnow Pro is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks the full library and all tools. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled under Apple's policies.
Acceptable Use
Use Winnow only on photos and videos you own or are permitted to manage. You are responsible for reviewing what you delete. Deleted items are moved to Recently Deleted, where they can be restored for 30 days before Apple removes them.
No Warranty
Winnow is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Size figures shown in the app are estimates. Always review items before deleting; we are not responsible for photos you choose to delete.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted on this page.
